Toolstation’s Fast Track delivery service shortlisted as a gamechanger by retail industry experts

Toolstation, which is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of tools and building supplies, has seen its Fast Track delivery service shortlisted as a gamechanger by retail industry experts at Retail Week.

Fast Track means customers can choose from over 10,000 products and have them delivered directly to site or their home address in as little as 30 minutes. Unlike other rapid delivery services which rely on delivering small products on bikes and cars, Fast Track supports a much wider range of products and can deliver larger items, accommodating up to 1,000kg in weight and dimensions of up to 3m in length with vehicles up to a variety of van types and sizes.

Toolstation has been nominated in the same category as other big names including John Lewis, Lidl and Uber Eats. The award recognises a retailer that is leading the way in delivering outstanding customer experience.
