Based externally at the UK London Premises and working across Gira UK a wealth of experience to Gira UK having previously worked as a system integrator, undertaking the installation of KNX systems within high end residential and commercial properties.
Gira UK is pleased to welcome Sam as its new Specification Manager, able to capitalise on his broad experience regarding product choice and system design for many award winning KNX projects completed in the UK and overseas.With the aim to focus on the acquisition of new business, development of new and existing business relations and continued communication with property developers, luxury specifiers and fellow systems integrators.
Fundamentally, Sam will become a key asset to the team,advising on best practice and product choice, KNX system design, as well as enable core training. Able to draw on his previous experience where he readily engaged with members of the A.V. electrical and home automation communities,Sam Pound-Jones says ‟I feel very priveleged to become part of this new and exciting business venture with Gira UK and I hope to be able to implement my years of experience and add to the already highly experienced team at Gira, with a view to expand both brand and business through my active pursuits to win future landmark projects and the progress the specification of intelligent build solutions in the UK.″
Steven Parr, Technical Sales Manager, Gira UK

Based internally at the UK London Premises, Steven Parr, new Technical Sales Manager at Gira UKactually started his career within one of Gira’s UK distributors, Park Group. Throughout his career, Steven has also worked for several systems integrators as a project manager over a 10 year period and most recently, as a Senior Project Manager for London design studio for integrated systems, Ideaworks.
Accredited with KNX partner status, Steven can put his name to some of London’s most prestigious AV systems integration projects, both single and multi-dwelling. Gira UK looks forward to the development of new and existing relationships with M&E contractors, consultant’s, architects and systems integrators, with new Technical Sales Manager, Steven Parr, overseeing London and the South East Region.
