Starting January 2026, ESYLUX will be officially welcomed as a preferred supplier within the  group. From its base in Ahrensburg (Germany, near Hamburg), ESYLUX develops and produces solutions for sensor-based automation and lighting control, with a clear focus on commercial environments such as offices, education, and healthcare.

ESYLUX is a German company with more than 50 years of market experience and a global sales network operated through trading partners and its own subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. In practice, the company works closely with wholesalers, installers, and (lighting/electrical) planners, while keeping R&D and a significant part of production and quality assurance centralized in Ahrensburg.

For IMELCO members, ESYLUX offers a strong and commercially attractive portfolio aligned with both project business and day-to-day market demand: from DALI-2 presence detection and application controllers to solutions around Human Centric Lighting. The focus is on fast commissioning (including parametrization via the ESY-App), open standards such as DALI-2 and KNX, and support that makes life practically easier for wholesalers and installers. ESYLUX pays particular attention to availability, a clear and structured product range, and product data in line with ETIM.

Mareks Peters, Chairman & CEO of ESYLUX: “We see IMELCO as a strong network of independent wholesalers who understand the importance of partnership and local customer proximity. By combining our strengths, we can offer installers and planners worldwide solutions that help save energy while remaining easy to install and configure.”

Co Braber, President of IMELCO: “We deliberately choose suppliers that help our members do business faster and better in their local markets. ESYLUX fits that strategy with a clear proposition in smart lighting and building control, strong support, and solutions that are relevant both in projects and at the counter. I expect this partnership will give our members additional commercial strength in key commercial segments such as office, education, and healthcare.”
