Toolstation sees sales of Convector Heaters and Oil Radiators rise by up to 608 per cent

The sudden drop in temperature has led to people putting away their fans and summer duvets and switching over to temporary heating solutions in a bid to keep the home cosy during the cold snap that has swept across the UK.

Toolstation has seen sales of its 2kW Convector Heater Standard and 2kW Convector Heater 24 Hour Timer increase by 608 per cent over the last week as households seek a quick, temporary solution to the chilly weather, without having to turn their heating on.

Oil Radiators have also proved to be a popular quick-fix, with Toolstation seeing sales of its 2kW Oil Radiator with 24hr Timer and Oil Radiator 2kW rise by 593 per cent.
