Toolstation’s loyalty club hits 800,000 member milestone

Toolstation’s loyalty programme, Toolstation Club, has hit 800,000 members, marking a significant milestone in its customer engagement strategy.

The Club, which launched in January 2024, has seen strong and sustained customer up-take. It is free-to-join and rewards Toolstation’s loyal trade and DIY customers who regularly buy essential tools and accessories from the retailer’s range of over 25,000 products.

In October last year Toolstation introduced an additional tier to the membership, the Toolstation Trade Club, designed to reward its most valuable customers with enhanced offers. Customers can qualify for the Toolstation Trade Club in one of two ways: by spending £150 or more during a calendar month they gain access to the new tier, whilst existing and new Trade Credit Account holders are automatically enrolled into Trade Club and can access all the offers and rewards straight-away.
