Grässlin to work with electrical supply chain

Grässlin will now use a direct sales team and electrical wholesalers and distributors to sell and distribute its product range, severing a deal with the TFC Group in Tonbridge, Kent.
Grässlin said it is now completely independent from the TFC Company.
The ‘traditional’ German manufacturer now has a direct UK sales team, working with the specifiers, consultants and councils to increase the sales of its temperature, time and lighting controls through the UK market of electrical wholesalers and distributors.
To become even closer to the UK market, Grässlin changed its sales strategy in early 2017 by introducing a direct sales team to serve the specifiers, contractors, wholesalers and distributors. It says its goal is to offer the best service to all its UK customers and installers in the electrical and heating and plumbing industry.
For further information contact the Grässlin sales team members Andy Rigby, sales manager UK North 07759 077989 or Andy Coulter, sales manager UK South 07716 610500. For technical support please contact Andrew Taylor 08081640317.
Julian de la Cuesta, Grässlin sales and marketing director, who is very focussed on the UK market, said: “We have a great base of loyal customers in the UK and our objective is to ensure we meet their needs. Our highly motivated UK sales team are working with many of the electrical wholesalers, distributors, specifiers and contractors to increase our understanding of their needs and fulfill their requirments to achieve a successfull future for us all.”
Many of the new products being introduced to the Grässlin product portfolio have been driven by the fast moving market acceptance of new technology in domestic and commercial heating controls.
Grässlin’s DIN Rail time switch talento smart, launched in 2016, was one of the first to provide iOS and Android mobile app configuration for time control. In the meantime further accessories for this product range were developed and launched to the market.
Since 2007 Grässlin has been part of Intermatic, a company strong in street lighting controls, commercial refrigeration controls and indoor lighting controls.
Utilising the engineering expertise from both organisations will allow Grässlin to introduce new solutions for UK installers and contractors in both electrical and heating and plumbing.
